Jill Stuart released its fall/winter 2023 base makeup collection in Japan on September 1st. The collection includes:

– Illuminating Serum Primer (above, 1 new shade (in 05), SPF 20, PA++, 30ml, limited edition, ¥3200)

– Lucent Chiffon Tone Up Primer (3 shades, SPF 35, PA+++, 30ml, ¥3200)
