(continued from Part 1 & Part 2)
3rd: Sweets Sweets

Sweets Sweets’ spring 2016 makeup collection features the new Premium Chocolat Cheeks. The concept of the packaging comes from the line’s Premium Gateau Shadow, which was launched in spring 2015. Also from the collection are the new Premium Chocolat Highlighter and Premium Chocolat Shading, both of which have the same dessert-themed packaging. I also like the new Fruit Tint Serum.
2nd: Kiss

Kiss started a major image revamp with its spring 2016 makeup collection. Both the packaging of the products and the feel of the ad images are less girlie and more feminine. (I am quite fascinated by the transition from an innocent peck on the cheek to a sensual smooch.) Packaging-wise, the two new products, Puff Cheeks and Essence Gloss, look very different from almost all the pre-revamp items (which are still featured on the line’s official website). This transformation reminds me of the launches of Lavshuca’s Eye Color Select and Jewelry Lips in spring 2007, and I am certainly looking forward to the new items in the coming seasons.
1st: THREE

I liked the look of THREE’s spring 2016 Wanderlust Wave makeup collection when I first posted about it last November, and the collection continued to grow on me since then. The new Cheeky Chic Blush is the star of the collection for me, but there are other beautiful items as well. The moist sheen from the new Whisper Gloss for Eye looks gorgeous, and I particularly like the warm hazelnut brown in 02 (second from the left in the image below). (The slight drawback is that the product takes a bit of time to dry.) I also like Shimmering Lip Jam in 20, which is an elegant and understated rose (far right in the image further below). The special limited-edition Sakuraism collection for spring 2016 is the icing on the cake.
