(continued from Part 1 & Part 2)
3rd: Visée
(image from www.nikkei.com)
In 2010, Visée started to release items with a more feminine style of packaging, and I particularly like the look of Glam Glow Eyes from fall 2011. (I tried BR-3 & GR-4.) The line’s fall 2013 makeup collection, featuring 29 new products (25 regular products and 4 limited editions), began a new chapter for the line. The image of the line is feminine and sensual, and, among the new products, Glossy Rich Eyes (far left in the image above) and Blend Color Cheeks (third from the right) stand out for me. I certainly look forward to seeing more items in the future.
2nd: Elégance

The fall 2013 makeup collection from Elégance features the new Nouvelle Eyes eyeshadow palette range. The range currently includes 8 variations, and there is a fairly good range of colors, from warm neutrals to bright blues. I also like the very glamorous packaging.
1st: Paul & Joe
(image from www.fashion-press.net)
One of the highlights of Paul & Joe’s fall 2013 Fairytale makeup collection is the limited-edition Eye Color Set CS. The mini treasure box opens to reveal three eye colors in three different forms (pressed powder, cream and loose powder). I also like the limited-edition Lipsticks CS in 082 (left in the image above) and 083 (right in the image) as well as the new Glossy Lip Color range (pictured below).
