10th: Elégance

Even though some of the colors in Elégance’s fall 2010 makeup collection don’t appeal to me, I like how the theme of the collection, Operatic Queen, is reflected by the way the colors are arranged in the Phantom Eyes palettes. The packaging of the items is opulent and classy as always.
9th: Paul & Joe

Compared with many other major makeup brands, Paul & Joe doesn’t often release eyeshadow palettes. Its Face & Eye Color CS palettes from the brand’s fall 2010 makeup collection are visually stunning and trend-sensitive. It is a slight pity that many of the colors in the palettes are too sheer for me.
8th: Visée

Visée’s image is usually chic and glamorous, but the look of Blossom Eyes from the line’s fall 2010 makeup collection is very elegant and feminine. The tone-on-tone palettes should be very easy to wear.
7th: Sonia Rykiel

Beiges and berry-toned colors are very on-trend in fall 2010, and many of the items in Sonia Rykiel’s fall 2010 makeup collection reflect the trends (Mono Eyeshadows (above), Mousse Eyeshadows (above), Eyeliner Pencil WP, Fresh Gel Blushers, Sublime Lipsticks and Shiny Nail Colors). Color-wise, it is a very coherent collection.
