Paul & Joe Beauté has announced on Facebook and Twitter today that its counter at Harrods will be closed at the end of this week. (The announcement mentioned “Saturday January 18th” as the last day of trading. I am not sure whether it is Saturday January 17th or Sunday January 18th.)
This is really bad news for Paul & Joe fans in the UK, especially since the brand’s counter at Fenwick Bond Street was closed last May. (I have to wonder how well the brand has been doing in the UK.) After the Harrods counter is closed, the only Paul & Joe counter in London will be at Selfridges. However, it is usually unstaffed. (I hope it will change in the future.)
I have been going to the Harrods counter for my Paul & Joe products since last May, and I will certainly miss the great service there.
Eight months ago, Paul & Joe was available in London at Selfridges, Fenwick Bond Street and Harrods while SUQQU was only available at Selfridges, and, very soon, it will be the other way around.
