Kesalan Patharan will release its fall 2013 makeup collection in Japan on August 23rd. The collection includes:
– Moisturizing Eye Color (1 new variation (A02 Active Beige), ¥5250)
– Lip Crayon (3 shades, limited editions, ¥2625, to be released in Japan on September 13th)
