Shiseido Maquillage will release its spring 2011 makeup collection in Japan on January 21st. The collection includes:
– Lighting Eyes Creator (4 variations)
– Perfect Fine Liner (1 shade)
– Rouge Enamel Glamour (6 new shades)

Actually, I forgot to mention that I am in Malaysia and saw them in one of the Shiseido counters here. I am not sure if the palettes are out in other places.
