Powder-type:
– Moist Foundation (SPF 22, PA++)
– Lift Foundation (SPF 22, PA++)
– White Foundation (SPF 26, PA++)
Liquid/cream-type:
– Moist Cream Foundation N (SPF 25, PA++)
– White Liquid Foundation (SPF 26, PA++)
– White Liquid Foundation Quick Finish (SPF 26, PA++)
(All items are available in 4 shades.)
Among them, the White Liquid Foundation Quick Finish seems particularly interesting since Kosé claims that it is able to create an ideal finish without help from a primer or a setting powder (hence the “quick finish” in the name).
Kosé also mentions the items’ amount of coverage and the finish as relative to one another within the power and liquid/cream types:
Powder-type:
Coverage: Lift > Moist > White
From matte to glowy: White – Most – Lift
Liquid/cream-type:
Coverage:
Moist Cream > Quick Finish > White Liquid
From matte to glowy:
White Liquid – Quick Finish – Moist Cream
Apart from the six new foundation products, Elsia will also release Cheek Color N (4 shades), Quick Dry Nail Color (20 shades), and Cleansing Milk.
Many thanks to Betsy at Autumn Masquerade for alerting me to the news!

I didn’t know they made different collections of foundation for the seasons. Intresting.
Hi Shopinchic,
Many Japanese brands bring out two collections of base makeup each year. The spring/summer releases are more about sebum control and keeping the face fresh, and the fall/winter releases are more about a glowy and dewy complexion. Most of the time, the spring/summer releases suit my oily skin better.
Thank you for your comment again! :)
Thanks for the update pj :D. Since i started reading your blog I have become really interested in trying a powder foundation.
From your experience, if I have dry/combination skin, what brands/style do you think might suit? What is the difference between beige and ochre?
Hi there,
You are very welcome!
If your skin type is more towards dry, I would suggest powder foundations that are released in a brand’s fall/winter foundation lineup. They tend to suit drier skin better.
On the other hand, among the powder foundations I have tried, I would recommend Majolica Majorca Skin Remake Powder Foundation. There are a couple of others that might suit you, such as SUQQU Powder Foundation Glow and Lunasol Skin Fusing Powder Foundation, but the one by Majolica Majorca is a cheaper option for you if you simply want to give powder foundation a try (while the quality is almost equally good).
As for beige and ochre, ochre is usually neutral-toned while beige has more of a slight yellow undertone.
Hope it helps, and thank you very much for your comment! :)

Hi Mary,
I am glad you like it, and thank you for letting me know! I have not tried products from Elsia, but I am quite interested. (As you might know, Elsia also has point (color) makeup items now.)
Thank you very much for stopping by! :)
