Turquoise is one of my favorite colors. (Have a look at this post from my A Splash of Color series.) It is dynamic, but I also find it calming at the same time. Kanebo Coffret d’Or has been releasing quite colorful eyeshadows in the last few seasons. However, just before that, the line went with the dusty-color trend in Japan (which I briefly talked about in my review of Kate’s Vintage Mode Eyes in BU-1) and released the Mysterious Force Eyes range. Today I will be sharing my thoughts on 01 Golden Modern.

I have been generally happy with my skincare routine in the past few years. However, occasionally and mostly out of curiosity, I want to try something different. It would usually be a product that is from a brand/line I am interested in and doesn’t have any obvious skin irritant. One such product that I have been using is Hadalabo‘s Gokujyun Premium Lotion.

Kao Sofina Primavista Ange was launched in 2013 as a sub-line of Primavista, and the launch lineup featured Powder Foundation UV (Long Keep). In 2018, Powder Foundation (Long Keep) was released and it replaced the original version. (The new version does not have “UV” in its name.) Even though the original version is not one of my favorite powder foundations, it works decently well for me. I decided to try the new version, and today I will be comparing the two.
