Chanel‘s Fleurs de Printemps is the star item of the brand’s spring 2021 makeup collection. I liked the look of the product in the initial images of the collection I came across on-line. The blusher shade (on the right) appealed to me, and so did the floral motifs on the product. Having had good experiences with Chanel’s blushers, I decided to get it.

Estée Lauder‘s Pleasures Eau de Parfum was launched over 25 years ago, and, as far as I remember, it was almost instantly popular. A few years later, a friend who knew that I liked the scent gave me a miniature version, which I still have and treasure today. (It is one of the first fragrances I have ever owned.) A couple of years ago, I started to think about getting a larger bottle, and I decided to go for a 30ml one last year.

In 2018, I reviewed Kosé Esprique‘s Glow Eye Veils in PU130 and BE335. Even though I preferred (and still do prefer) powder-based eyeshadows, I did like both of them. Then, when I started to experiment with red-toned eyeshadows, and I revisited the Glow Eye Veil range and decided try RD430.

As I mentioned earlier, I have recently been experimenting with warm-toned blushers (even though I generally prefer cool-toned ones). When I saw some of the initial images of Chanel‘s Les Chaînes de Chanel from the brand’s holiday 2020 makeup collection, I was immediately intrigued by its rich coppery hue. A few months ago, I spent some time looking through some of the cleansing oils I hadn’t tried before. Elizabeth Arden‘s Ceramide Replenishing Cleansing Oil stood out for me as its ingredient list was very short and straightforward. I decided to try it to see how it would work for me.

I followed Sonia Rykiel‘s beauty line closely when it was still around. (Have a look at a profile of the line here.) Unfortunately, it was officially discontinued on December 31st, 2014. The products from the line were still available until March 31st, 2015, and I went for Perfect Eyeshadow in 01 Urban. Today I will be sharing some photos of this palette.
