Last month, I reviewed DHC‘s Olive Virgin Oil, which is a good product for those with drier skin types. Today I will be focusing on two of the products in the Coenzyme Q10 range, Coenzyme Q10 Lotion and Coenzyme Q10 Milk.
Coenzyme Q10 Lotion is the toner of the Coenzyme Q10 range. It has a very fresh lightweight feel on the skin, and it doesn’t feel slippery or sticky. (It is not a rich toner that feels emollient on the skin.) It contains butylene glycol as a moisturizing ingredient and it contains willow bark extract as an anti-irritant.

Founded in 1958 by Pierre Darphin, Darphin is a French skincare brand that has an emphasis on aromatic skincare. One of Darphin’s key skincare concepts is to use serums, aromatic oils, and moisturizing creams to deal with various skincare concerns (dryness, sensitivity, excessive sebum, ect.). According to the brand’s recommended routines, serums are used in the morning and aromatic oils are used in the evening. Both are followed by moisturizing creams.
Darphin currently features eight serums, and today I am highlighting Hydraskin Intensive Skin-Hydrating Serum.

I have featured a few Palmer’s bodycare products (such as Cocoa Butter Formula Body Lotion SPF 15 and some of the Body Butters) since early last year, and I am pleased with all of them. Some of the things that have impressed me about them are the absence of irritating fragrant floral oils, their smooth and luxurious texture, and their ability to moisturize the skin effectively.
A few months ago, Palmer’s launched its first facial care range in the UK, and I was eager to see if the products still carry these attributes. Today I am focusing on two facial moisturizers, Daily Calming Facial Lotion and Night Renewal Cream.

Founded in 1972, DHC is one of the Japanese beauty brands that have more visibility outside Asia. (There are DHC UK (launched in 2007), DHC France, and DHC US.) DHC has physical stores in and outside Japan but it is known for its strong e-commerce presence.
Over the next couple of months, I will be highlighting a few more items from the brand. Today, I am focusing on one of the brand’s most popular products, Olive Virgin Oil.

(The latter four target more mature skin). Under Benefiance, there are two sub-ranges (NutriPerfect and WrinkleResist24 (styled as W-Resist24 in Japan)) besides the main Benefiance items. Today I am reviewing two WrinkleResist24 products, WrinkleResist24 Day Cream SPF 15 and Night Emulsion.

Last December, I reviewed Liz Earle‘s Skin Repair Moisturiser Dry/Sensitive. With antioxidants, an anti-irritant, and a cell-communicating agent, it is certainly one of the better formulated moisturizers I have featured on my blog. Today I will be highlighting Liz Earle’s Superskin Moisturiser and I will be comparing the two.

As many of us know, rosehip oil is an effective emollient as well as an antioxidant. Today, through reviewing Trilogy‘s Certified Organic Rosehip Oil, I will look into the specific emollient and antioxidant properties of rosehip oil.
First of all, the product itself. Trilogy is a skincare and bodycare brand from New Zealand, and Certified Organic Rosehip Oil is one of the brand’s key products. The oil is obtained from a certified organic source in Chile, and the product is certified by BioGro, a New Zealand based organic certifier accredited by IFOM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements).
