In the last couple of years, Canmake has been releasing new items almost every month, and it is not always easy to group them into seasonal releases. Glow Fleur Highlighter was released in July and Mat Fleur Cheeks was released in October, and I am considering them to be fall 2014 items. Both products are follow-ups to Glow Fleur Cheeks, released in fall 2013. Glow Fleur Highlighter looks really pretty, but I think Mat Fleur Cheeks looks even better.

Dior’s 5 Couleurs eyeshadow palettes have been renewed for the brand’s fall 2014 makeup collection. Even though I don’t fancy getting any from the launch lineup at the moment, it does feature a good range of colors and finishes. I am sure we will see more variations soon.

For me, the highlights of Chicca’s summer 2014 Summer Horizon makeup collection are the lip items. The two new shades of Mesmeric Gloss On look eye-catching (the golden 04 Monochrome Gold and the pink 05 Moon Pink with sparse blue-toned shimmer). Among the three new shades of Mesmeric Lipstick, I like 08 Rose Glacé (the top one in the image), which is a red pink with a subtle rose undertone. It is an understated and elegant color.

Dior’s spring 2014 Trianon makeup collection has a diverse range of colors, with shades of pink, peach, green, blue, purple, and gray. The highlights of the collection are the two Trianon Palettes, but some of the other items, such as the Trianon Editions of 5 Couleurs, Diorshow Mono and Diorblush, look impressive as well.

Last fall, Elégance presented an updated look with Nouvelle Eyes. The new packaging, while in keeping with the brand’s glamorous gold color theme, is sleeker than what we saw from the more ornate Phantom Eyes and Aurora Storm, which were first released in 2009. For spring 2014, there are three additional variations of Nouvelle Eyes and the new look is also seen on the new Sleek Face cream blushers.

In 2010, Visée started to release items with a more feminine style of packaging, and I particularly like the look of Glam Glow Eyes from fall 2011. (I tried BR-3 & GR-4.) The line’s fall 2013 makeup collection, featuring 29 new products (25 regular products and 4 limited editions), began a new chapter for the line. The image of the line is feminine and sensual, and, among the new products, Glossy Rich Eyes (far left in the image above) and Blend Color Cheeks (third from the right) stand out for me. I certainly look forward to seeing more items in the future.
