When I came across information on Dior‘s holiday 2015 makeup collection, I was a little disappointed to see another Diorific pressed powder. Even though I do love the packaging of Diorific items, the new one for 2015 doesn’t look that much different from the previous two from 2013 and 2014. Still, I decided to get it with my Boots points.

For spring 2015, Dior released the Kingdom of Colors palette, which is the limited-edition collector’s item for the season. It features colors for eyes, cheeks, lips and the overall complexion. I decided to get it with my Boots points.

Today, my Stash Debut series continues with Primavista!
Primavista is a base make line from Kao Sofina. It was launched in fall 2008 to replace (my beloved) Raycious. I had a chance to try Powder Foundation Moist Touch and a kind friend shared a couple of other items with me as well, but Face Powder (Keep & Reset) was my first purchase from the line. With base makeup items from Japanese brands, there seems to be an endless cycle of renewing and revamping as many products are replaced with updated versions within two or three years. Of course, there are exceptions, and Majolica Majorca‘s Pressed Pore Cover is one of them.

I have always liked the golden curvy bottles and cases of Dior‘s Diorific items, so it has been nice to see new Diorific items for the holiday seasons in 2012, 2013 and 2014. For holiday 2014, Dior released Diorific Golden Shock Illuminating Pressed Powder. It is fairly similar to Perfumed Illuminating Powder for holiday 2013, but I did decide to get it after getting the one from last year.

As I mentioned in the post on Dior‘s summer 2014 Transat makeup collection, the Diorskin Nude Tan Transat Edition was love at second sight. I then had a look at it in person just to be sure and purchased it with my Boots points.

Today I am highlighting three items from the collection: Poudre Signée de Chanel, Joues Contraste in 76 Frivole, and Stylo Yeux Waterproof in 100 Santal.

Founded in the UK in 1995, Liz Earle has been a well-established skincare brand for years. Many of its skincare products that I have come across are antioxidant-rich and without the irritating alcohol or fragrant plant oils. In recent years, the brand has branched out into fragrance, haircare, and makeup. In 2011, I reviewed Sheer Skin Tint SPF15, which is one of the first products in the brand’s makeup range. Today I am reviewing Natural Finish Pressed Powder in 02 Sheer Ivory and Healthy Glow Powder Blushes in 02 Blossom and 06 Nectar.
