After revealing the line’s revamped makeup line for spring 2011, Kanebo Coffret D’Or also revamped its official website as additional information on the spring 2011 makeup collection went up. You can also see the five new brand ambassadors for the line. Check out this page to see the items that each of them is wearing.
To be honest, as a group, I much prefer the five original brand ambassadors, who, for me, had a better mix of looks and styles while all looking elegant and sophisticated. (I don’t think the new brand ambassadors are styled as well as they could be for these images.)
Have a look at the TV commercial for Coffret D’Or’s launch collection for spring 2008 (one of my favorite TV commercials for the line), featuring the five original brand ambassadors:

Earlier I posted information on Lunasol‘s spring 2011 makeup collection. Here is the full product information as well as some product images:

I just came across news on Lunasol’s spring 2011 makeup collection on this Taiwanese blog. (If you like ETODs, this blog is worth following. They are beautifully done and very well-photographed.)
The information and the photo in the blog post are from the Twitter page of the deputy editor of Maquia. (It appears that the link to the image in the twit is currently off.)
The theme of the collection will be Oceanic/Aquatic Purification.
I also found this post from a Japanese blog. The photos were taken at a Lunasol press event and you can see the variations of the new eyeshadow palette series, Ocean Scene Eyes. There will also be a new range of cream eyeshadows.
After the more understated (shimmer-wise) Layer Bloom Eyes from spring 2009 and Star Shower Eyes from fall 2009, it appears that, in spring 2011, Lunasol will be continuing with the shimmery look from Nature Color Eyes from spring 2010 and Aurorize Eyes from fall 2010. No purples this time, but there are a couple of palettes with good potential!
Additional details to follow later on!

Since Sofina Raycious was discontinued, I have not been adding many foundation cases to my collection. But when I saw this case on-line, I thought I might decide to have it at some point.
Kanebo Coffret D’Or‘s spring/summer 2010 base makeup collection doesn’t feature a new powder foundation, but it does include this powder foundation case, which can house powder foundations from Coffret D’Or (Lasting Power Pact UV and Silky Fit Pact as well as previous versions such as Beauty Lasting Pact UV and Beauty Essence Pact). It can also house some of the powder foundations from some other Kanebo-owned brands/lines.
When I received the case, I thought that the colors of the jewel embellishments were not as vibrant as how they looked in magazines. But when I photographed it, I noticed that the colors did come alive on photographs. I guess this difference is by chance, not by design.
When light hits the case from certain angles, there is some soft blue iridescence, which is quite a nice design detail.
I do like makeup items with jewel details, and this case is a good addition to my stash of foundation cases!

I received Integrate’s Rainbow Grade Eyes in BE303 and Coffret D’Or’s spring/summer 2010 powder foundation case. A short post on the case will be up later this week, and the review of the palette will be up in a couple of weeks’ time.

3rd: Integrate
Integrate has been slowly changing its brand image. (Remember the TV ads starring Angelina Jolie when the brand was first launched several years ago?) Integrate is now a cuter and more girlie line, and the new Rainbow Grade Eyes series from Integrate’s fall 2010 makeup collection makes a clear statement regarding how the line wants to be perceived. The message is clear.
